Today I had the good fun of talking charts with phil dauber from Morning Musings -Thoughts from Dauber Island
Phil and I go way back and have looked at and talked about charts for the entire time. Even though both of us have been enjoying some of the fun of late summer, and haven’t been watching every tick in the market, we thought we would a look at the biggest stories in the market through the charts. After all, that is the beauty of technical analysis i.e. that it is fractal which means the patterns that present over 1 minute, 1 hour and 1 day will present over 1 week or 1 month etc.
In fact, it is sometimes preferable to take a look with an objective eye, with no positions on, with no bias to the trade, and assess what you might do from here. That is what Phil and I have tried to do today. Let us know your thoughts as this may be the first of many collaborations if you like it.
Suffice to say, there are some very interesting levels in the market as we look over the next weeks to months. They are all interlinked as well, as they always are.
Staying vigilant means watching out for risks but also for opportunities. With that, I will leave you to the podcast.
